Civil Engineering

BC&A provides civil engineering services to both public and private sector clients. Some of the services we provide are site layout and development, grading, storm drainage, water quality, water and sewer systems, utility design and relocation, roadways, pedestrian improvements, master plans, floodplain management, hydraulic studies, and site feasibility studies.

Planning and Management Services

BC&A provides planning and management services to public housing authorities including preparing annual grant applications, performing administrative and management services of design projects, conducting energy audits and utility allowance studies, federal reporting, and preparing design documents for modernization or new construction.

Architecture

BC&A provides architectural design services to both public and private sector clients. We have worked on various types of projects including retirement communities, public housing, municipal, commercial, institutional, industrial, and educational facilities. We also conduct ADA studies and feasibility studies.

Landscape Architecture

BC&A provides landscape architecture services in support of our civil engineering and architecture projects. Some of the services we provide include landscape layout and design, irrigation, parks, greenways and public spaces.
